<p>The splicing device (13) has three unwinding instruments, where one unwinding instrument is provided for each of multiple rollers (1,2,3,4) with sheet-like flat material. Three sealing bars are arranged within a common plane in a movable manner. A terminal device is arranged, positioned and moved in a horizontal plane above the sealing bars.
