The present invention provides an illuminating device comprising a printed circuit board (PCB) of a translucent material; one or more light emitting units formed on the PCB; an optical guide member formed on the top of the PCB; a reflective sheet formed between the PCB and the optical guide member and configured of a structure which is penetrated by the light emitting unit; and a bracket which accommodates the PCB, the light emitting units, the optical guide member, and the reflective sheet, and is formed with a predetermined shielding area on the top thereof, thereby allowing the illuminating device to be transparent, a light source to be invisible when the emission unit is turned off, and also increasing brightness by blocking the light leakage to the outside. |
