The present invention relates to a slab construction method and a construction apparatus thereof, and more specifically, to a slab construction method that allows rapid slab construction in a short time using a construction block and a beam member of foamed synthetic resins and that enables a building with excellent insulation and minimized floor noises by constructing slab after constructing pillars and walls. Included in the slab construction method of the present invention are: a step of installing the beam member at equal intervals, wherein the beam members have frames on both sides to have intervals for inserting a concrete mortar to the upper part of the walls; a step of installing the construction block wherein the construction blocks formed with the foamed synthetic resins are combined each other so that a front and a rear of the block meet in order to form multiple hollow parts inside the frames of the beam member, the middle of each side hangs to the frames, and the lower part is installed to meet each other; a step of installing a reinforcing bar and a pipe on the upper part of the beam member and the construction block; a step of filling the upper part of the reinforcing bar and the pipe with the concrete mortar; and a step of finishing the process, wherein the filled mortar is cured and hardened.
