Electrical energy storage cell and electrical energy storage module

The cell (1) has pole connections (1b, 1c) arranged at a lower side of the cell in an operation position of the cell. The pole connections have different polarities. One of the pole connections is electrically insulated relative to a cell housing (1a). An outlet device (6) i.e. vent, for gases of the cell is arranged at an upper side of the cell in the operation position of the cell. The pole connections are formed flat outside the housing, and project from the housing in relation to geometrical dimensions of the housing. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an electrical energy storage module (2) a method for manufacturing an electrical energy storage cell.
