The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for switching power capable of making response of the whole clutches quick by operating the operation units of an output shaft and a clutch at the same time using a solenoid valve and a spring. According to an embodiment, the invention comprises the operation unit operating the output shaft; a wheel shaft installed near the output shaft; the operation unit of the clutch separating the output shaft from the wheel shaft or connecting the output shaft to the wheel shaft; a sensing unit sensing the speed of the wheel shaft and the output shaft; and a control unit operating the operation units of the clutch and output shaft at the same time when an order of operating the clutch is input. |
