A vehicle assembling system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes RFID readers which are arranged along an assembly line for assembling components to a vehicle body to be spaced at a predetermined distance; the vehicle body moving along the assembly line; a vehicle body RFID tag attached to the vehicle body; a tool for assembling the components to the vehicle body; a tool RFID tag attached on one side of the tool; and a control unit which senses the position of the vehicle body using the RFID reader, records a vehicle identification number corresponding to the vehicle body RFID tag in a server, senses the position of the tool using the tool RFID tag, senses the approach of the vehicle body to the tool, and provides the assembly information of the components to be assembled to the vehicle body through the tool. Therefore, the vehicle assembling system can precisely sense the position of the vehicle body and the position of the tool by attaching a UWB RFID tag to the vehicle body and tool. Furthermore, the vehicle assembling system can stably attach the components to the vehicle body by providing a worker with the assembly information of the components to be assembled to the vehicle body and facilitates further history management by recording the completed assembly information in the server. |
