The present invention provides a messaging client center service method and a messaging service center. The messaging client center service method comprises the steps of: (a) allowing a client (caller) to transmit a message using a dedicated messaging client center number or make a call at the push of a send button using the dedicated messaging client center number; (b) transmitting a message for requesting client information of a subscriber; (c) receiving subscriber information of the client (caller); (d) authenticating the subscriber by referring to the subscriber information of the client (caller); (e) processing a scenario suitable for a menu which the client (caller) wants; and (g) terminating the consultation. Therefore, the messaging client center service method and the messaging service center can handle a general ARS business process, a 1:1 messaging consultant process, and a 1:1 voice consultant switching process in the messaging client center, by messaging, using a messaging client center service. |
