The solar cell comprises: a first electrode; a first semiconductor layer on the first electrode, a second semiconductor layer on the first semiconductor layer, and a second electrode on the second semiconductor layer. The second semiconductor layer includes nanowires disposed in a net shape along a grain boundary of the upper surface of the second semiconductor layer.
