The present invention relates to a thruster room installed on a drillship and, more specifically, to a box type thruster room of a drillship coupled with a thruster. Multiple reinforcement frames are installed on the center to face other around a drive shaft vertically installed on the thruster room. The space between the reinforcement frames is adjusted so that a thruster cover coupled to the top side of the thruster can pass through after being disassembled and erected, thus minimizing the area of the thruster room, at the same time increasing the utilization of space. Moreover, by optimizing the reinforcement structure, the number of reinforcement frames can be minimized.
