Disclosed is a touch panel. The touch panel has a driving electrode including a plurality of driving electrode-cells and a sensing electrode including a plurality of sensing electrode-cells formed on one layer. Each sensing electrode cell is electrostatically coupled to one of the driving electrode cells. A sensing electrode cell surrounds the electrostatically coupled driving electrode cell in the vertical and horizontal direction. A slit is formed on a sensing electrode cell to connect a driving electrode cell to a driving wire.
