The present invention relates to a winding apparatus of a reinforcement belt for a tire for heavy load, which reinforces a belt layer arranged between a carcass and a tread within a tread of a tire for heavy load and, in particular, to a reinforcement belt molding apparatus for a tire for heavy load, which molds a reinforcement belt positioned between a second belt and a third belt in a belt layer by supplying two strains of topping steel cords topped with rubber from a drum of a molding apparatus. For this, the present invention provides a reinforcement belt molding apparatus for a tire for heavy load, which molds a reinforcement belt (6) by topping steel cords (2) supplied from a let-off (1) with rubber at a rubber topping unit (3) and winding the steel cords on a molding drum (5) through a loop storage (4). The reinforcement belt molding apparatus for a tire for heavy load has a structure in which two strains of steel cords (2) are supplied from the let-off (1) to be separated, and pre-heated at a pre-heater (7) at a temperature suitable for topping rubber, and the two strains of steel cords (2) which passed through the pre-heater (7) are respectively topped at the rubber topping unit (3) and supplied to the loop storage (4). In the loop storage (4), the two strains of rubber topped steel cords (2a) are moved toward the center from both ends of the molding drum (5) by an EPI adjustment guide (8) and wound to be molded. |
