摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing lithium-doped carbon powder, a device for producing the same, and a method for producing a lithium-doped carbon electrode. More specifically, the present invention relates to a device and a method for doping a lithium ion onto carbon powder by performing an electro-chemical technique on a carbon electrode used as an anode in a lithium ion capacitor and to a method for producing a carbon electrode using lithium-doped carbon powder. The method for producing lithium-dope carbon powder according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: coupling lithium metal with a (+) terminal in a reaction container in which electrolyte is fed and inserting a (-) terminal in a porous ceramic container in which powder-type carbon anode material and lithium salts are fed; making the inside of the reaction container into an inert atmosphere and respectively sealing the reaction container and the porous ceramic container; and inserting lithium between the layers of the carbon anode material by applying voltage to the terminals. The device for producing lithium-doped carbon powder according to a preferable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a reaction container for accommodating electrolyte therein; a porous ceramic container that is dipped in the electrolyte in the reaction container; a (+) terminal that has one end to which electricity is applied by means of an external power source and the other end that is dipped in the electrolyte in the reaction container; a (-) terminal that has one end to which electricity is applied by means of an external power source and the other end that is inserted in the ceramic container; a porous ceramic container lid that seals the top of the porous ceramic container and has a hole enabling the (-) terminal to penetrate therethrough; and a reaction container lid that seals the top of the reaction container and has holes enabling the (+) terminal and (-) terminal to penetrate therethrough, respectively.
