The present invention relates to a touch sensor integrated display device capable of reducing a thickness and increasing touch sensitivity. The touch sensor integrated display device includes a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines which intersect each other; a plurality of pixel electrodes which is individually formed within an area defined by the intersection of the plurality of gate lines and the plurality of data lines; a plurality of first electrodes which is formed in parallel to the gate lines between the adjacent pixel electrodes across the gate lines; a plurality of second electrodes which is formed to allow at least one portion to overlap the pixel electrodes and is formed to be parallel to the data lines; and a shielding electrode which is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode.
