PURPOSE: A method of producing powder-molded materials is provided to reduce a possibility of explosion by hydrogen since the hydrogen generation from titanium hydrogen compound is decreased in a degreasing process. CONSTITUTION: A method of producing powder-molded materials is as follows. Molding mixture is manufactured by mixing at least titanium hydrogen compound(TiHx) powder with binder(S110). The molding mixture is power-molded, and thus a molding product is formed(S120). The molding product is degreased(S130). The degreased molding product is sintered(S140). The mole fraction(x) of hydrogen to titanium in the titanium hydrogen compound is greater than 0.45 and less than 1.98. |
