Provided is a method for manufacturing functional cosmetic soap using plant medicine. The plant medicine is prepared by mixing 50 wt% of an extract which is extracted from a first plant medicinal herb group comprising houttuynia cordata, psoraleae semen, honeysuckle, and calendula officinalis at a high temperature and pressure, 40 wt% of a fermented liquid concentrated extract of a plant medicinal herb group comprising glycyrrhizae radix, fig, aloe, Ulmus davidiana var. japonica, Japanese hop, usnea, rumex crispus L, and cnidium monnieri, 6 wt% of one or more kinds of plant medicinal herb mixture oil obtained from chaulmoogra seeds, drabae semen, oenothera odorata seeds, walnut, armeniacae Semen, adlay seeds, and grape seeds, 15-20 wt% of a composition comprising 2.5 wt% of an natural anti-oxidation agent, 1 wt% of a preservative agent, and 0.5 wt% of an aromatic agent with 80-85 wt% of soap chips prepared by saponifying vegetable oil. |
