According to the present invention, an evacuation ladder with an evacuation ladder driving part allows a telescopic type ladder member installed in an opening formed in a floor surface to be unfolded at a regular speed, wherein the evacuation ladder driving part comprises: a bracket installed to be fixed to the opening; a winch part having a shaft which is rotatable and which is coupled to the bracket, a wire drum which rotates on the shaft and which rotates along with the shaft, and a first gear which rotates on the shaft and which rotates along with the wire drum; a main wire of which one end is connected to the wire drum so that the main wire can be wound on or unwound from the wire drum and the other end is connected to the bottom of the ladder member; a brake part installed to be fixed to the bracket, and having a motor brake which stops the rotation of a rotor when not applied with an electric current and which applies a braking force with a predetermined certain size to the rotation of the rotor, and a second gear which is coupled to the rotor and which rotates along with the rotor; and a driving chain coupled to be engaged with the first gear and the second gear, and interlocking the first gear with second gear. According to the present invention, the structure of the evacuation ladder driving part capable of telescopically adjusting the length of the ladder member connected by the main wire can be simplified, the productivity and the durability of the evacuation ladder can be improved, and an evacuee can evacuate downstairs by easily, quickly, and simply operating the evacuation ladder even in case of emergency. |
