According to an aspect of the present invention, a method for monitoring vibrations includes a vibration reference setting step of measuring vibrations under each of different operation conditions of a machine, calculating the average and standard deviation of the measured vibration signals, and setting a vibration reference under each operation condition; a vibration comparison step of comparing the vibration reference set in the vibration reference setting unit with a vibration value under the current operation condition of the machine; a vibration display step of displaying the status of the vibration value under the current operation condition of the machine which may be higher or lower than the vibration reference set in the vibration comparison step; and a step of generating a warning or alert signal if the vibration value under the current operation condition of the machine is higher than the set vibration reference according to the comparison result in the vibration comparison step. |
