A system for measuring a vertical asymmetry amount of a side surface of a slab is introduced. To achieve this, the present invention comprises a projector (100) which irradiates by a plurality of laser beams (110) obliquely placed at a certain angle around the side surface of the slab so as to measure a vertical asymmetry amount of a side surface and a camera (200) installed on the side surface area of the slab and photographing deflection of the slab side surface measured by the projector (100) and then transmitting the photographed image to an operator.
