PURPOSE: An integrated management network system for pole transformer and an operating method thereof are provided to enable remote administrators to effectively operate monitoring diagnostic data by using a terminal attached to each of a plurality of pole transformers. CONSTITUTION: An integrated management network system for pole transformer transmits a plurality of different measurement data to remote administrators by using a node terminal (120) attached to each of a plurality of pole transformers (110,130,150). The system constructs networks to operate the plurality of pole transformers more systematically and effectively and determines pole transformers to be selected as a replacement target or a maintenance target out of the plurality of pole transformers. The system comprises the node terminal, a slave terminal (140), a master terminal (160), and an integrated management server (300).
