The present invention relates to a processing method of germinated barley rice, and, more specifically, to a processing method of germinated barley rice, which allows people to easily take germinated barley rice with abundant nutrients at an ordinary home, and to easily cook. The processing method of germinated barley rice of the present invention comprises: a material selection step of removing foreign substances mixed in barley and selecting barley according to the sizes; an immersing step of immersing the barley selected through the material selection step in water at 18-24°C for 10-12 hours with an immersing device; a germination step of germinating the barley for 34-36 hours, controlling the inner temperature of the immersing device at 20-26°C, after draining water accommodated in the immersing device; a drying step of drying the germinated barley in the germination step by using a drying apparatus; a processing step of peeling the outer skin by processing the germinated barley completed the drying step; and a packaging step of finally selecting processed barley rice and packaging. |
