According to an embodiment of the present invention, a salt bath device to remove the defect of cold-rolled stainless steel comprises: a salt bath having an inlet to introduce a strip and an outlet to discharge the strip; a precipitation roll installed inside the salt bath to face the first surface of the strip; a driving roll positioned in the opposite side of the first surface of the strip and installed between the precipitation roll and the outlet to face the second surface of the strip; and a wiper roll installed between the precipitation roll and the outlet to be close to the driving roll.
