摘要 The present invention relates to sweet and sour fried chickens for a pizza toping and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the sweet and sour fried chickens includes: a tumbling step in which chicken leg flesh cut and a first liquid dough of wheat flour are placed in a vacuum tumbler and are tumbled; a battering step in which a second liquid dough is applied the tumbled chicken leg flesh; a frying step in which the battered chicken leg flesh is put in an edible oil and is fried; a baking step in which the fried chicken leg flesh is placed in an oven and is baked; a quick freezing step in which the chicken leg flesh baked in the oven is quickly frozen. According to the present invention, fat in large amounts is not released out of the chicken and a pizza is prevented from being moistened when the pizza is baked in an oven.
