A jam removing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first door member which is installed on an entering path of a tray having a developing unit, and can open/close with respect to a main body of the device; a second door member which is installed in an opposite direction to the first door member in the main body of the device, and can open/close with respect to the main body of the device; a guide unit including a first guide for guiding incoming/withdrawal of the tray to the main body of the device, and a second guide for guiding the first guide for the developing unit to approach/be spaced apart from a transfer unit; a first link unit for connecting the first door member and the first guide; and a second link unit for connecting the second door member and the first guide.
