Disclosed is a tank cleaning system for a marine structure. The tank cleaning system for a marine structure includes a mud tank; a cleaning pump connected to the mud tank for cleaning the inside of the mud tank by injecting chemicals into liquid mud in the mud tank and circulating the chemicals; and a particle removing unit circumvented and installed between the mud tank and the cleaning pump for removing a particle included in the liquid mud circulated by the cleaning pump.
