The device has an external protective shell (1) equipped with multiple housings (2) for individually accommodating respective removable batteries. Each housing is attached with a recharging unit (3) for recharging the battery, and with a blocking unit (5) for blocking the battery located inside. A control unit (7) is equipped with a display screen (8) and a payment unit i.e. card reader (9), which is integrated in the shell. The control unit is connected to the recharging unit, the blocking unit and a visual indicator (6) of each housing to allow an individual control of the housing.
