Provided are a safe taxi guaranteeing system and a method thereof which read information about a taxi from an NFC tag attached to the taxi in the mobile communication terminal of a passenger and determine the normality of the taxi through the same. A vehicle information server of the system stores the license plate number of a taxi, vehicle registration information, vehicle state information, serial number data of a tag, extracts the serial number of the tag from encrypted tag information transmitted from a mobile communication terminal, determines whether the taxi is a normal vehicle or not by comparing the serial number with the vehicle state information, and provides the result to the mobile communication terminal. The present invention enables a complementary warranty in a shadow area by enabling a mobile communication terminal to update and store black list information about a stolen vehicle and is able to determine whether the vehicle is normal or not by reading tag information through a two-dimensional code in case an NFC function is not available. |
