The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for eye tracking control. The apparatus according to the present invention comprises a camera having an image sensor segmented into a plurality of sections; and an eye tracking control unit which determines PSF, when detecting eyes of a user by using the camera, for each of lens of the camera and the imaging sensor by using images for each section obtained from an imaging device disposed in each section of the imaging sensor, and estimates a light reflection point by using a PSF of the camera determined from the determined PSF of the lens and the imaging sensor.
