PURPOSE: An oil recovery member and a motor and a compressor employing the oil recovery member are provided to improve the oil recovery rate by increasing the flow rate of oil through oil recovery holes. CONSTITUTION: An oil recovery member(180) comprises a cylindrical main body and a guide unit. The diameter of the main body is widened from the bottom to the top. The guide unit is extended from the top of the main body in the radial direction. The ratio of the guide unit diameter to the bottom diameter of the main body is 2.85 or greater. |
