<p>This electronic sphygmomanometer is provided with: an adjustment unit for adjusting the cuff pressure by controlling a piezoelectric pump which uses a piezoelectric transducer for supplying a fluid to a cuff wound around the perimeter of a measurement site; a drive control unit (33) which gradually changes the cuff pressure by means of controlling driving of the adjustment unit; a pressure detection unit (32) for detecting the cuff pressure; a blood pressure determination unit (34) for determining the blood pressure value on the basis of the detected cuff pressure; a perimeter length detection unit (351) for detecting the perimeter length of the measurement site; a battery (15) for supplying power to each unit; and a drop amount detection unit (352) for detecting the voltage drop value of the battery during blood pressure measurement. On the basis of the perimeter length and the voltage drop value detected during the initial pressurization period at blood pressure measurement start, the range of the voltage drop values thereafter during blood pressure measurement is estimated.</p>
