Disclosed is a roof side rail. The roof side rail connected to a roof panel according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a rail which has a multi-sided structure by integrally forming a plurality of ribs thereinside and is bent along the shape of the upper side of a vehicle body; and a reinforcing rail which is welded to the inner surface of the rail, has an upper flange connected to the roof panel on the upper end, and has a lower flange for mounting a weather strip on the lower end.
