PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin integral foam formed product capable of suppressing underfill and bottoming-up of a core part.SOLUTION: A headrest 10 is formed by following steps of: sewing plural skin pieces 20 into a bag shape so as to form a bag body 14; sewing a belt material 40 to the inside of the bag body 14 so as to cover a border part 25 of the skin pieces 20,20; and foaming a core part 15 inside the bag body 14.The belt material 40 is formed by laminating resin film 42 on a nonwoven cloth 41 and is positioned so that the resin film 42 faces to the core part 15 side. |
