PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition timing control device and an ignition timing control system capable of controlling ignition timing for easily suppressing occurrence of knocking, with respect to an internal combustion engine not having a function for controlling the ignition timing for suppressing the occurrence of knocking.SOLUTION: An ignition timing control device (31) includes: a knocking detection device (41) for detecting knocking of an internal combustion engine (1); and an ignition timing adjustment device (43) inputting a knocking signal output from the knocking detection device (41) and a signal relating to ignition timing of the internal combustion engine (1) output from an external electronic control device (37), and adjusting the ignition timing of the internal combustion engine (1) on the basis of the knocking signal and the signal relating to the ignition timing. In the ignition timing control device (31), the knocking detection device (41) and the ignition timing adjustment device (43) are electrically connected and integrally constituted. |
