<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for delivering an active agent that is a pharmaceutical and/or an imaging factor within and/or through dermal, mucosal and other cellular membranes, and across the blood-brain barrier.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a delivery method using a composition containing liposome comprising a mixture of anionic long-chain lipids, neutral long-chain lipids, and neutral short-chain lipids, to which saposin C and other proteins, polypeptides and peptide analogs derived from saposin C are coupled, and an active agent contained within the liposome which is a biomolecule and/or organic molecules.</p> |
