PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass film laminate which has a glass film that is easily peeled from support glass even after the glass film laminate is heat-treated at a high temperature of approximately 300-350°C, in the glass film laminate that has ultrathin sheet glass (glass film) with a thickness of 200 μm or less, which is directly and closely attached to the support glass.SOLUTION: A glass film laminate 1 has a glass film 2 with a thickness of 10-200 μm or less and support glass 3, which are closely attached to each other in a state that respective matching surfaces 2a and 3a directly come in contact with each other. A water contact angle in the matching surface 2a of the glass film 2 is 6-27°, and a thickness of the support glass 3 is 200-600 μm.
