PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for increasing the content of carbon monoxide in a feed gas mixture including carbon dioxide, hydrogen and carbon monoxide by catalyst reverse-water-gas-shift reaction.SOLUTION: Provided is a process for increasing the content of carbon monoxide in a feed gas mixture including carbon dioxide, hydrogen and carbon monoxide by catalyst reverse-water-gas-shit reaction, having each step of (1) that a feed gas mixture having the initial feed temperature of 350°C at the most is heated to a temperature within a reaction temperature range in the presence of the first catalyst in the first section; and (2) that the heated feed gas mixture is contacted with the second catalyst within the reaction temperature range in the second section. This process shows the relatively high conversion ratio of carbon dioxide, substantially forms no methane and coke, and achieves a stable operation. |
