PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a signal section classification based on a sound source position from a digital acoustic signal of a plurality of channels from an unknown observation position.SOLUTION: A feature quantity string acquisition part receives a digital acoustic signal of a plurality of channels as an input, and obtains feature quantity by normalizing magnitude of a digital acoustic signal of a voice interval in magnitude of a digital acoustic signal of a non-voice section for every channel. A classification part clusters the feature quantity string made of the feature quantity obtained for the plurality of channels, and determines a signal section classification to which the feature quantity string belongs.
