PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a separator for a fuel cell having satisfactory mechanical characteristics, conductivity, and dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a separator 1 for a fuel cell includes steps of: applying a paste containing 100 pts.mass of a carbonaceous powder and 10-100 pts.mass of a dispersion medium to at least one surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet A 42 containing 3-280 pts.mass of carbonaceous material to 100 pts.mass of thermoplastic resin, in which 50-100 mass% of the carbonaceous material is fibrous carbon; and layering and compression-molding the thermoplastic resin sheet A 42 and a thermoplastic resin sheet B 41 containing 130-3,200 pts.mass of carbonaceous material to 100 pts.mass of thermoplastic resin such that the outermost surface is the paste-applied surface of the thermoplastic resin sheet A 42. |
