PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating of fast absorption or fast dissolution on an implantable device and methods of making and using of the coating.SOLUTION: Provided is a stent for use in treatment of atherosclerosis and the like, which is implantable and coated with a coating agent comprising: a first polymer, such as poly(ethylene glycol), poly(vinyl alcohol), hyaluronic acid, hydroxyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose and a phosphoryl choline polymer; a second polymer that is hydrophilic and has a low molecular weight; and a bioactive agent. |
