The present invention relates to a method for freezing and thawing adipose stem cells, and more specifically, to a method for obtaining stem cells with improved survival rates and high activity by freezing adipose stem cells using DMSO and anti-freeze protein and gradually thawing frozen adipose stem cells. A method for storing adipose stem cells according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step of making adipose stem cells into a DMSO and anti-freeze protein suspension, and a step of freezing the suspension. |
