PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal drain piping washing unit capable of reducing clogging caused by foreign matter accumulation or urolith adhesion in a horizontal drain piping while striving for water saving, and a toilet bowl system.SOLUTION: A horizontal drain piping washing unit 100a is connected to a horizontal drain piping 16 which is provided with inclination and joined to respective exhaust ports of a plurality of toilet bowls. The horizontal drain piping washing unit 100a comprises: a tank 105 which is provided on the upstream side of a junction between a toilet bowl installed on the upstream side of the inclination among the plurality of toilet bowls and the horizontal drain piping 16 and can store water; and instantaneous flow stabilizing means 140 which is arranged on the downstream side of the tank 105 and on the upstream side of the horizontal drain piping 16 and elongates the time in which water discharged from the tank 105 has the maximum instantaneous flow rate.
