PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable mobile communication system and an aeronautical mobile station with high capacity in data communication between the aeronautical mobile station and a ground station.SOLUTION: A mobile communication system comprises a plurality of aeronautical mobile stations and a plurality of ground stations, communication between the ground station and the aeronautical mobile station is established via a surface-to-air network, time slots are allotted to each ground station by time division multiplexing, and a one-way communication is performed from the ground station to the aeronautical mobile station. Also, a mutual communication between the aeronautical mobile stations is established via a network between aeronautical mobile stations, the time slots are allotted to each aeronautical mobile station by the time division multiplexing, and bidirectional communication is performed mutually between the aeronautical mobile stations. |
