PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin-film solar cell having high photoelectric conversion efficiency and excellent durability.SOLUTION: The organic thin-film solar cell has a photoelectric conversion layer. In the photoelectric conversion layer, an N-type semiconductor and a P-type semiconductor are in contact with each other. The N-type semiconductor contains a sulfide of a group 15 element of the periodic table, and the P-type semiconductor is an organic semiconductor. |
