PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibody medicines useful for treatment of multiple myeloma.SOLUTION: This invention discloses isolated human monoclonal antibodies which bind to a large amount of CD38 antigens expressed on the surface of human blood cells, particularly malignant plasma cells, such as multiple myeloma, and related antibody-based compositions and molecules. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the human antibodies, and therapeutic and diagnostic methods for using the human antibodies. |
