PURPOSE: An impact-reinforcing agent composition for thermoplastic resin is provided to improve impact strength of a thermoplastic resin, especially improving impact strength in low temperatures, and to have excellent processability. CONSTITUTION: An impact-reinforcing agent composition of core-shell structure comprises 1-30 parts by weight of seed, 50-96 parts by weight of rubbery core, and 3-49 parts by weight of shell surrounding the rubbery core, based on 100.0 parts by weight of the impact-reinforcing agent composition of core-shell structure. The rubbery core comprises 5-70 weight% of a first core containing non-crosslinked polymer and surrounding the seed, and 20-95 weight% of a second core surrounding the first core, and containing crosslinked polymer. |
