A capstan-integrate bitt used in a ship and a pontoon according to the present invention comprises a first bitt member detachably fixed on the bottom surface of a ship or a pontoon, and having a rope guide protruding from the side surface in parallel with the bottom surface of the ship or the pontoon; a capstan installed in the first bitt member to be rotated, and guiding the movement of a rope while supporting the rope selectively wound and released the pulling power of a user; and a lighting system having a lighting part installed in the first bitt member or the capstan, a power supply part for supplying electric energy to the lighting part, a detection sensor for detecting external environments, and a control part for controlling the operation of the lighting part according to a detection signal inputted by the detection sensor. A control board is installed inside the first bitt member. The control board comprises a speed reduction member connected to the shaft of the capstan; an electric motor for driving the speed reduction member; a stopper for restricting the operation of the electric motor; a power transmission part for transmitting power to the electric motor; a control circuit for controlling the operation of the electric motor.
