TOUCH SENSING SYSTEM AND COMPENSATION METHOD OF EDGE PORTION THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method of compensating for coordinates of an edge portion of a touch sensing system. The method comprises the steps of calculating coordinates of a touch point; converting the coordinates of the touch point to be suitable for the resolution of a display panel; deciding whether or not current coordinates of the touch point exist in a bezel area outside an active area of the display panel, in which an image is displayed; and modifying the current coordinates of the touch point into edge coordinates of the active area contacting the bezel area when the current coordinates of the touch point exist in the bezel area.
