A feedback unit (23) of a semiconductor device driving unit (13) generates a feedback voltage (V FB ) as part of a voltage of a drive signal (V ge ) for establishing electrical continuity or disconnection in a bus according to a temporal variation of a collector current (I C ) of a first semiconductor device (11). The feedback voltage is generated by a transformer (121) a secondary side of which is connected to both ends of a resistor (R FB ) connected in series to a buffer circuit (111) comprised in said semiconductor device driving unit.
