Switching power devices (2m, 2s) control IGBT (10m, 10s) by using a PWM pulse generated by a PWM pulse output unit (28m, 28s) for driving a switching device based on a clock signal and supply DC power to a load (5) in parallel. The block signal generated in the master switching power device (2m) is supplied to a slave switching power device (2s) through a photo coupler (36m) of the master switching power device (2m) and a photo coupler (38s) of the slave switching power device (2s). The clock signal outputted through the photo coupler (36m) is supplied to the master switching power device (2m) through the photo coupler (38m). The photo couplers (36m, 38m, 38s) have the same delay feature. |
