The present invention relates to an asymmetric multi-layered PTFE membrane and a manufacturing method thereof. The asymmetric multi-layered PTFE membrane and the manufacturing method thereof according to one embodiment of the present invention improve the porosity and lifetime of the asymmetric multi-layered PTFE membrane without shrinkage, the decrease of pores, and the degradation of porosity. The method for manufacturing an asymmetric multi-layered PTFE membrane according to the present invention includes: a step of preparing first paste and second paste; a step of compressing the first paste and the second paste; a step of calendering; a step of stretching a sheet; and a step of calcining the sheet.
