The device has a detecting device adapted for detecting voice. A connecting device is adapted for remote connection with other devices that are arranged in a housing (1). A pendant i.e. locket, is executed on a necklace (2) for neck decoration. An activating unit for tightening of a human neck. The housing i.e. ear clip, is fixed on an auricle of the human, where the ear clip is deformated flexibly. A microphone (3), an earphone (4) and a control buttons (5) are arranged in the housing.
